Bespoke & Wedding Dressmaking and Alterations

“Tailored To You” was started by Amy Davis in 2009 performing alterations and making curtains and blinds for friends and local people in the Nottingham and Derby area. The business has grown by people recommending our services and by offering bespoke designs for special occasions such as wedding dresses and prom dresses.

From a very young age Amy had a passion and natural talent for designing and making clothes, which  has inspired Amy to start her own business. After leaving school Amy went onto Art College and University to study Fashion Design and Clothing Manufacturing to Degree level. Then Amy worked in the clothing and fashion industry for over 10 years to widen her knowledge and further develop her skills. 

By nature Amy is a perfectionist and takes great pride in her work and strives to achieve the best possible quality and ensure total customer satisfaction. The business is run from a purpose built studio with fitting area to provide a professional and comfortable environment with a friendly and personal service.
